Online Booking:

Available 24 hours a day. Online availability is up to date and mirrors our computer software. No more pending appointments or adding in your processing times, all services have been combined and correctly timed for all of your needs. Not sure what to book? We will have service descriptions on our online booking and as always, if you are unsure or have a larger project in mind, please call the salon and we will help.

Please note that our cancellation/booking policies have changed. If you do not have a credit card on file, please call the salon, as we cannot file credit cards through our online portal at this time.

New Clients:

If you are a new client, please call the salon at (203)264-0440 to create a new client profile and activate online booking. We require a credit card on file to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To best serve our clients and our team, we require a minimum 24 hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment.  To ensure our cancellation policy, we require a credit card to book any appointment.  Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice and no-shows will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

Running Late

We will always do our best to accommodate tardiness. Services may need to be adjusted.

Automated and Interactive Waitlist

If you are looking for an appointment and we do not have the availability you can add yourself to our waitlist. If an appointment opens during your availability you will receive a text message and can book or pass up that appointment from the text message. If multiple people are on the waitlist for that specific time, you will have 15 minutes to respond or it will be sent to the next person waiting in line.
